Excellent management tool

I have used this program for about five years now to track all of our household's auto expenses. It has a very solid program that enables you to enter all fuel expenses and generate mpg, cost/mile, and other stats. The maintenance screen enables you to enter auto repairs as made, and enter scheduled repairs based on time elapsed, or mileage since last service. I credit the reminders for having saved me money when a quick lube place suggests I get some additional service, and am able to check to see how long has gone by since I last did it. It's also a great tool for planning ahead rather than fixing things on a random basis. Strongly recommend this.

It doesn't get much easier than this.

I purchased this program for the sole purpose of tracking my vehicle gas expenses and MPG. After using the program for a few days I decided to track service records for all the vehicles in my company fleet (Fleet management is part of my job description). Now I am able to view how much money has been spent on any and all vehicles before our budget is overspent. This is a great program for anyone that keeps track of vehicle maint. and fuel records.

A real swiss-army knife type application

I've used this program for a month now, and really enjoy most features. The program has a very intuitive interface, and supports multiple vehicles, types of repairs, has service reminders triggered by dates and/or mileage, and provides charts and text output. The reminders on services due and charting for fuel efficiency / cost are very useful and easy to understand. If there could be one improvement to this program, I wish it had a PC component to handle reporting of costs and trends. You can export data from the unit through a memo file, but that can be a tad cumbersome at times. Even with this one concern, I'd recommend this program to others, if for no other reason than it really simplifies keeping track of repair histories and ensuring you don't slip up on preventative maintenance.
